Established in 1894 as a farmers’ co-operative, BATA has a long-standing on-farm reputation as producers of some of the highest performing beef compound feeds in the industry. We manufacture and distribute a full range of exceptional quality pellets, nuts, and rolls from our mill in North Yorkshire, as well as blended feeds and premium Pro-Mix coarse-mixes.
With a vast portfolio of beef diets and fully supported by a well-equipped Technical Team, BATA can also formulate bespoke products to meet specific customer requirements where that is demanded. Our experienced, local Sales Representatives are available for on-farm support and advice, working with you to recommend the best products to meet specific end market requirements. All BATA manufactured feedstuffs are balanced and formulated to complement feeds already available on the farm such as straw, cereals, and forages (silage testing available).
Regular appraisals are made to acknowledge developments within the beef industry, and to respond to ever-changing and challenging market requirements. With a focus on efficiency, productivity, and sustainability, BATA produce some exceptional rations to enable producers to achieve their targets.
Products are available in bulk, totes or bags, and delivered directly to farms, via BATA’s own modern transport fleet, covering much of Yorkshire and beyond. We pride ourselves on our exceptional levels of customer service.
